Makes one 8-ounce drink
Undeniably indulgent yet oh-so satisfyingly rich and decadent, this frozen hot chocolate with our Raspberry Satin Crème makes for the perfect holiday treat!
½ cup milk of choice
4 Ethel M Chocolates' Raspberry Satin Crème Dark Chocolate pieces, chopped
1 cup of ice
Lightly sweetened whipped cream, for serving
Freeze-dried raspberries, for garnish
In a small pot, bring the milk of choice to just a simmer, then pour over the chopped chocolate pieces in a small heatproof bowl. Stir until the chocolate pieces have melted, then refrigerate until cool, about 15 minutes.
Transfer the chocolate mixture to a blender along with ice. Puree until smooth. Serve with whipped cream and garnish with freeze-dried raspberries.
To make the raspberry powder garnish, pass a freeze-dried raspberry through a fine mesh sieve.
You can also try adding shaved white chocolate curls to your frozen hot chocolate to add a bit more sweetness.
