Coconut Hot Chocolate

Featuring Ethel M Chocolates' Coconut Delight Dark Chocolate

Makes two 6-ounce drinks

Our coconut hot chocolate is decadently rich and creamy, with an irresistibly nutty and tropical aroma.


 1 (13.5 ounce) can of unsweetened coconut milk

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

3 Ethel M Chocolates' Coconut Delight Dark Chocolate pieces, chopped

Lightly sweetened whipped cream, for serving

Coconut flakes, for garnish


In a small saucepan, combine the coconut milk, sugar, and chopped chocolates. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently until the chocolate pieces have dissolved. Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream and coconut flakes.
