Melting instructions: 

Microwave: 

1. Pour chocolate into a microwave safe container and heat on medium for 30 seconds.

2. Stir well and return to microwave for 1-20 seconds.

3. Repeat step 2 until smooth.

Stove top: 

1. Place water in the bottom of a double boiler and bring to a gentle simmer. (Careful not to let it come to a boil.)

2. Pour chocolate into the top pan and stir constantly until smooth.
