Makes one 4-ounce drink
A classic gets gussied up with Southern staples: peaches and pecans.
1 Ethel M Chocolates Milk Chocolate Pecan Caramel Rapture® piece, very finely chopped
1 lemon wedge, for rimming the glass and garnish
2 teaspoons peach preserves
½ ounce lemon juice (from ½ lemon)
1 ½ ounces limoncello or vodka (optional)
2 ounces ginger beer
Rub a lemon wedge along the lip of a rocks glass, then dip in the finely chopped candy to coat. Combine the peach preserves, lemon juice, and limoncello or vodka (if using) in the glass. Add ice and stir to combine. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a lemon wedge.
