Featuring Ethel M Chocolates' Sea Salt Caramel Dark Chocolate
Makes one 6-ounce drink
The Boulevardier, winter’s answer to the more familiar Negroni, gets a hint of caramel to warm up even the coldest of nights.
1 ½ ounces boiling water
2 Ethel M Chocolates' Sea Salt Caramel Dark Chocolate pieces, finely chopped
Orange twist, for garnish

|1 1/2 ounces bourbon||3 ounces Blood Orange soda|
|1 1/2 ounces Campari||1 ounce pure Cranberry Juice|
|1 1/2 ounces sweet vermouth|
Pour the boiling water over the caramel dark chocolate pieces and stir until dissolved; set aside to cool slightly. Stir together with remaining ingredients over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with orange.
